Jr Product Owner Intern

Internship Overview

As a Product Intern focusing on Business Solutions with an emphasis on Field Service

applications, you will play a pivotal role in determining efficiency and productivity through the

optimization of field service applications. You will work closely with our technology, field service,

engineering, and automation teams to identify opportunities for improvement, document and

create new workflows, and present modified concepts to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of existing engineering automation workflows and processes
  
  

to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and document the process

• Document procedures, workflows, and configurations meticulously for users' reference
  
  

and training purposes, ensuring clarity and accessibility.

• Assist with various ad hoc projects and tasks related to product and field service,
  
  

demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in addressing evolving organizational needs.

Project: Floworks Field Service Product Enhancements

As part of your internship, you will participate in a hands-on project focused on optimizing field

Service Work Processes. This Project Will Involve

• Conducting a thorough assessment of the Flogistix’s current field service application workflows and identifying areas for improvement or documenting the difficult elements.
• Developing a modified workflow based on findings to streamline key processes and enhance efficiency and ease of use.
• Collaborating with the field service, tech, product, and engineering teams to implement and test the workflows in a real-world environment.
• Providing ongoing support and monitoring the performance of the automation solution, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Documenting the project process, outcomes, and lessons learned for future reference and knowledge sharing.
