IT SPECIALIST

The IT Specialist provides timely, responsive help desk support to OU Foundation employees across all three University of Oklahoma campuses. Through technical assistance and answering questions, the specialist assists users by troubleshooting problems with computer hardware, software, printers or audio-visual equipment. Ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software, demonstrated skill setting up PCs and peripherals and configuring Windows 11 OS, along with strong customer service and communications skills required. Some college and 12-24 months of technical support experience required. Degree in computer science or related field and 26 months of technical support experience preferred.
